Q:How long does artwork take?
A:Each custom piece takes 3–5 business days to create. You'll receive a proof before we finalize anything.

Q:Can I see a proof before it's printed?
A:Yes! We always send a digital proof for your approval before we print or ship your order. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

Q:What if I need revisions?
A:No problem at all. We offer revisions until you're happy with your design. Just let us know what you'd like changed and we'll take care of it.

Q:How long does shipping take?
A:Once your design is approved, standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Q:What photo should I send?
A:We recommend a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting. The better the photo, the better your portrait will turn out! If you're unsure, send it over and we'll let you know.
